Most generations complete in 15–30 seconds. Occasionally, during high traffic periods, it may take up to 60 seconds. The Design Planner responds in real time.

If a generation fails due to a technical error, your credits are automatically refunded. You’ll see an error message and your credit balance will restore within a few seconds.

The AI is instructed to lock all structural elements (doors, windows, floor, ceiling) to their original appearance. If this happened, try regenerating. The latest version of the AI Designer has improved surface protection to prevent this.

The AI uses your door frame (~2.1m) as a scale reference to proportion furniture correctly. Make sure your door is visible in the photo you upload. If the room has no door visible, mention your room dimensions in the description field.
