How to upgrade
Open Settings
Tap Settings from the navigation (gear icon on desktop, Settings tab on mobile).
Go to Your Plan
In Settings, find the Your Plan card. It shows your current plan and credit balance.
Click Upgrade
Click Upgrade Plan to view available plans and select the one that fits your needs.
Complete payment
Enter your payment details. AIHDStudio uses Paddle for secure payment processing. Payment is accepted via card and other methods supported by Paddle.
Billing cycle
- Subscriptions bill monthly on the date you first upgraded
- You’ll receive a receipt by email after each charge
- Credits refresh at the start of each new billing period
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel:
- Go to Settings → Your Plan
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Plan
After cancellation:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period
- Credits already in your account remain usable until the period ends
- You revert to the Starter plan at the end of the period
Refunds
See the Refund Policy for full details. Generally, refunds are available within a short window after purchase if no credits have been used.
Payment security
All payments are processed by Paddle, a globally trusted payment provider. AIHDStudio never stores your card details. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and compliance on behalf of AIHDStudio as a Merchant of Record.
