Generation issues

Normal generation time is 15–30 seconds. If it’s been over 90 seconds:
  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Refresh the page — your design may have completed and is waiting to display
  3. Try generating again
If the issue persists, your credits will not have been charged for a failed generation.
Add more detail in the description field. The style dropdown sets a general direction, but the description field fine-tunes it. For example:“Strict minimalist — only white and off-white walls, light oak floors, no decorative clutter, single statement plant”Also see the Better Results guide.
This usually means the image didn’t upload correctly. Check that:
  • The file is JPG or PNG (not HEIC or WEBP)
  • The file size is under 10MB
  • Your internet connection is stable
Try compressing the image and re-uploading.
Make sure you’ve selected the frame before clicking Generate. If using a custom frame, confirm the custom frame image uploaded successfully (you’ll see a thumbnail preview). Try regenerating.

Account issues

  1. Check you’re using the correct email address
  2. Try Forgot Password to reset your password
  3. Clear your browser cache and try again
  4. If using Google sign-in, make sure you’re using the same Google account you signed up with
Credits are deducted when a generation starts. Check your Gallery to confirm whether the generation completed. If a generation failed, credits should have been refunded automatically. If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, contact support with the approximate time of the generation.
If your payment was declined:
  • Verify your card details are correct
  • Check with your bank — some banks block international online transactions
  • Try a different card
  • Paystack accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Verve cards
Wait a few minutes and refresh your Settings page. If your plan still shows as Free after 5 minutes, contact support with your payment confirmation email.

Image and download issues

Try a long-press on the image (mobile) or right-click → Save Image As (desktop). If the image isn’t downloadable, open the Project Detail view and use the download button there.
Watermarks are not applied to any AIHDStudio outputs. If you’re seeing one, it may have been added by a screenshot tool. Use the download button in the app to get a clean image.
Before/after comparison requires both your original photo and the AI result to be saved. This feature was added after launch — designs generated before the feature was introduced will only show the AI output, not the original photo. All new designs automatically save both images.
