# FAQ

  <Accordion title="How long does a generation take?">
    Most generations complete in **15–30 seconds**. Occasionally, during high traffic periods, it may take up to 60 seconds. The Design Planner responds in real time.

  <Accordion title="Can I use AIHDStudio on my phone?">
    Yes. AIHDStudio is fully optimized for mobile. The app works in your mobile browser — no download required. It supports iOS Safari and Android Chrome. You can also add it to your home screen for a near-native app experience (tap Share → Add to Home Screen on iOS).

  <Accordion title="What happens if a generation fails?">
    If a generation fails due to a technical error, your credits are automatically refunded. You'll see an error message and your credit balance will restore within a few seconds.

  <Accordion title="Can I download my designs?">
    Yes. From any design in your Gallery or Project Detail view, tap the download button to save the image to your device.

  <Accordion title="Is my room photo stored securely?">
    Yes. Your uploaded photos and generated designs are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. They are only accessible to you through your account and via any share links you create.

  <Accordion title="Can I use my designs commercially?">
    Designs you generate are yours to use however you like — personal use, commercial use, client presentations, social media, and more.

  <Accordion title="The AI changed my door color — why?">
    The AI is instructed to lock all structural elements (doors, windows, floor, ceiling) to their original appearance. If this happened, try regenerating. The latest version of the AI Designer has improved surface protection to prevent this.

  <Accordion title="The furniture in my design looks too large/small">
    The AI uses your door frame (\~2.1m) as a scale reference to proportion furniture correctly. Make sure your door is visible in the photo you upload. If the room has no door visible, mention your room dimensions in the description field.

  <Accordion title="Can I try AIHDStudio without paying?">
    Yes. New accounts receive free starter credits. The Design Planner is always free with no credit limit. You can explore the platform before committing to a paid plan.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do unused credits roll over to next month?">
    No. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I cancel my subscription at any time?">
    Yes. You can cancel any time from **Settings → Your Plan**. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I forgot my password — how do I reset it?">
    On the login screen, click **Forgot Password** and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

  <Accordion title="Is there a desktop app?">
    AIHDStudio is web-based and works in any modern browser. No installation required. For the best desktop experience, use Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
